Pop a squat - The 30 day squat challenge

I started the 30 day squat challenge 30 days ago. It worked!! Amazing results! And I did not do it the traditional way. Set aside 20 mins and do multiple sets - NO. I did them thru out the day. 36 first thing in the morning (3 sets of 12). And then started my day. Thru out the day every chance I got I did 20 at a time. My goal was to do 200/day. Splitting them this way kept me moving all day and reaching my goal.

Almost a full body workout

Setting time aside to workout can be challenging with school, work, kids, chores etc. Also, how many different exercises do you have to do to get a full body workout and still not get the results you want? Squating works so many muscle groups at one time. Plus there are so many different types of squat exercise combinations that you can do. Also, it is a great way to get your heart rate up in a very short period of time.

Remember form and stability are VERY important. You don't want to hurt yourself, so take your time. Doing 10 squats well is better that 20 while you are wobbling and not in form.  There are multiple technique tips on you tube that can guide you. Here is one:
